A Christmas ham sandwich and some chocolate in the shape of coins that Mum gave me.

I've had those before ren. They might look nice when unopened, but they are, IMO kid-crap. I.e designed to look nice to kids, but no effort put in to the quality of the chocolate inside, which is shit milk chocolate. Chocolate should be darker than gallows humor from a roasted african and with the minimum of anything that isn't cocoa to hold it together IMO, not counting really high end dark chocolate which has things like salt chunks, chili flakes or lime zest in it of course, that I can allow for, and it can be even better chocolate.

A bag of corn chips and some hummus.

And now I'm off to the gym to try to burn off some of those abundant calories.

I did buy what looks like a very nice 4 kilo ham yesterday that had been marked down from $8 a kilo to $6 a kilo. I'm planning to eat a fair chunk of that over the next couple of weeks but I'm going to cut most of it off in big chunks and whack it in the freezer.

Bleh, cabbage. Not a fan.

I had Weet-Bix Bites, wildberry flavour for breakfast. I eyed Kayleigh's leftover pizza for lunch but she's eating it now.

I can't eat vegetables. Always have all of them, made me want to vomit. Sensory aversion BIG TIME. I can't be in the same room as cabbage being cooked and the smell makes me want to heave. I'd have to wear my older gas mask with an out of date filter, might be no good against physical danger from toxic organic chemicals, but if it blocks the cabbage stink then good enough for that.

Had a tin of cold rice pudding, and am about to devour a tiramisu, the one I had a can of rice pudding from the ones in the fridge before last night. Going to go grab the tiramisu now before restarting my fallout tactics game.

Just the customary b'fast of oatmeal flavoured with peanut butter.

^I like that.

I had a breakfast milkshake, some yoghurt and a biscuit snack (meal replacement cookies don't taste all that nice).

Just finished Popeye's, red beans & rice.  I'll have the biscuit later with cherry preserves & butter and a cup of coffee.

Whilst trekking (and now aching accordingly....going to sleep with some dihydrocodeine, a sleeping pill, a couple of muscle relaxers and a cigar) throughout the city and the town on the far outskirts, although a bottle of laudanum, or at least, the OTC modern equivalent to it, did prove enough to stop my hips from screaming at being put through such torture, not as strong as in victorian times, but drink an entire bottle and it does indeed work, actually, it gave me a nice case of the warm fuzzies and a lot of extra stamina)

Came across a little market stall, selling fresh fruit. Grabbed myself two punnets of really fat, ripe, juicy strawberries for a pound for the both of them. Just at the right stage of ripe, too, at the point where you can just fold back the leaves, hold on to the stem, and suck, leaving nothing left but leaves and a bit of imploded strawberry skin adhering to the base, before flicking it down the nearest grid and grabbing another to much. Quite a refreshing little snack. Also bought two bottles of a knockoff version of powerade sports drink. Tastes the same, blue raspberry, same size bottles, but the knockoff version gets you two bottles for the price  of one bottle of the brand name version with 10p change.

Just what I needed, after roaming all over the city and surrounding towns, rounding up the supplies I need for a certain chemistry experiment.
