Breakfast: Bagel with cream cheese
Snack: 2 cocoanut cookies
Lunch: Leftover chicken and rice

That's as far as I've gotten today :)

Just got back from the chinese down the road, and the paki shop. Came back with two each of fried tofu in black been spicy sauce and the king prawns in black pepper sauce I had last night, having two of those also.

To go with it, a bottle of vodka and some coke.

And to shut my knee up, a bottle of cough mixture. Bleech! that stuff tastes fucking rank.

Made this pasta dish for supper yestereve.. and ate the leftovers, out of the oven, half an hour ago.

(still p/m such a portion is left of it)

So far just a bagel with cream cheese. Today is busy so it's super simple. Soup and grilled cheese will be dinner tonight.

dinner was a ham and swiss cheese sandwich with deli coleslaw.  I julienned some yellow and green squash to add to it (See what you've inspired Lutra) and red grapes.

You're welcome! At least my food gets stuck before getting to the acids in the stomach, so it pretty much tastes the same as when it went down. :2thumbsup:
