Your cancer wouldn't pose a risk to me, since my immune system would treat the cancer cells like any other pathogen.  They're only dangerous to you because your immune system doesn't know to attack them.

I would not say that Peter.  Cancer has tricks that make it hard to find.  I am in remission, but what would your body do?  I tend to adapt very quickly to stimuli and apparently physical stimuli too. It could hide identity under fibrogen.  It could also send out immune complexes that would keep your immune system busy. Knowing what I know, my body is extremely resilent. It is simply incredible at times.
