I got given a block of chocolate by the mother of two of my students.
And, to add to the already amazing effects that music has on me, I discovered that I can still play music really, really well during a partial shutdown.

While de-hoarding today, I opened an old Christmas card from my former employers at the
burger place, and inside the card I found a $100 bill.

 Oh.  My.  Gawd.

I thought it was Monopoly money at first, I'm not sure I've ever seen a Benjamin up close
before today.  It comes to me at a really convenient time.    :woohoo:

CBD - Great news.

(Now comes the embarrassing part in writing an apologetic thank-you note.)

I don't have to work

Me neither, today OR tomorrow!   :2thumbsup:

Lucky you. I'd like to stay home tomorrow.

I will be working very hard to de-hoard my apartment tomorrow, as I am today!    :hamsterwheel:

I need to do that but I don't want to get rid of any of my stuff. :bigcry:

If your stuff is all *good* stuff, you should keep it!

All my stuff is. Except that a lot of it isn't but I keep thinking I can find uses for it.

It really is.  I am coughing from all the dust I've kicked up in my de-hoarding, I've filled 5
paper bags with recyclable scrap paper and four bags with trash, and I'm far from done ...
YET, I still feel obligated to keep stupid junk I don't want simply because it MIGHT have some
use at some point.  My hoard is really kicking my ass!   :zombiefuck:

I'm not all that bothered, most of the time... but my wife is.
