July 2004 when I got elevated by a doctor He talked about AS. I was 41 at the time I never did hear about AS until then.

Getting tired of Intensity maybe You should take a break and come over to Pearls of Wisdom then. Or join other sites to then You can go to them whenever and then You might not get burnout from one site in the end.

Oh sorry about that. What do You like to do for fun? You need to try to up lift Your Spirits. Whatever that makes You feel good do then. That always seems to help Me a bit.

I used to drink a lot Myself for 7 to 8 years straight everyday of those 7 to 8 years too. Alcohol in the end acts like a depressant though. I know it depressed Me pretty bad. I really don't know how to answer Your question honestly. If You need somebody to talk to I am here. Do You have MSN Messenger?
