I voted once a month so it would not look too bad. I probably did change sheets about once a month when I slept in the bed.  :dunno: Most of the time these last few years I have slept on my couch in the living room though.

Every couple of weeks.

"Know" someone, who changes sheets twice a week in winter, and daily in summer.  :GA:
Don't know why she volunteered to tell me that. She usually only uses standard small-talk sentences when we meet.

I voted every couple of weeks. Well, routine here is taking the old sheets off the mattress/dusting/vacuum clean the bedroom/putting fresh sheets on again and do so every Sunday (every week thus) but ja, I must confess I sometimes lack doing so.. and skip a Sunday.

Do love the freshness of the bed after I've changed them the following night(-s).

Same here. It is easiest to get it all over with at once. If I am busy on Sunday I do a faster version, so the sheets are neglected.

Who would change them daily?! Madness.

I usually sleep on futon with just a quilt

Sheets on my bed very seldom get used

I change them when company is coming and someone will be sleeping in the bed.
