Yeah, and he looks a bit older thanks to the white hair. It's been a bit of a bane for us, since our actual age difference can draw a few stares as it is, let alone me looking younger than I actually am and him looking a bit older. I've never minded what ages we look, although it has bothered him more. --I think mainly because he's at that age where he's sensitive over his looks, aging and all. So I think sometimes being with me makes him simultaneously feel younger but then also older just for sheer contrast.

It's definitely one of the issues we've dealt with in our relationship. Not literally differences due to our ages but his insecurity of himself and how he-- and we-- appear to others. I'm to the point I just don't give a rat's ass, I love him. He's not quite as advanced as I am. ;)  ::)

That actually reminds me: one time JNSQ made an offhand comment saying he wished he'd known me when he was 35. The wise ass that I am, I spouted back, "Then I would be 7."  :lol: He was like, "Ha ha ha... --Were you as much of a nympho back then too?" I said, "But of course!"  :P

No, in truth, I'm very much in love. We're not engaged but that's the direction we both want to be heading. Although the situation is rather complicated, so he in particular is very intent on not rushing into things (probably a mix of age-related patience plus having already been through a hellish marriage once before).
