I am NOT the one who planted that particular smiley. (I do use it when other more descriptive smileys have no effect or do not work though, but only very rarely has the use of such proven necessary, let alone appropriate).
That actually came from a hip hop recording label forum, but it has become normal shit these days all across the internet.
