How did you first find out about AS?
How old were you at the time?
Well i was diagnosed with PDD-NOS as a toddler, I remember my parents once telling me I was autisitic but apprently I didn't believe them since the only images of autism I had were Rainman and this one LFA kid at my school where all he would do was frail his arms and scream in frustration. And I just thought to myself "thats not me" however I always felt(was) alienated from my peers, like something wasn't quite "right" but I couldn't quite place my finger on it. Then I was doing some research on the internet because everyone kept telling me I was supposedly autisitic and was having hard time beleiving them. Then I ran into AS and HFA one day on the internet, I read off the diagnositc criteria and thought to myself "thats me" and everything just made sense.
Religion: apathetic, agnostic, atheist, believer?
Do you believe in a higher power?
If so what made you believe in it, what form do you think it takes, what makes you believe it takes that particular form?
If not, how do you feel about the people who do believe, whats your general attitude towards them?
This is something I am really confused about at the moment. I have hard time understanding why religion is so great when their has been so many agruements and even bloodshed over the matter.
However if their is a God it should be a God of Love, not some great powerful man that condemns people for not bowing down to him and breaking certain rules. I have hard time beleiving in God when natural disasters like floods and Katrina happen, but then again they say that pain brings you closer to "him". Makes you beileive and embrace "him".
I have also actually seen paranormal activity like spirits with my own two eyes. So I am on the line with the whole religion issue.T
Offically I am jewish but right now you could say I am apathetic due to my stance on the whole religion issue.

Well on June 29th 1996 I was bar mitzvahed so on that night I was having my reception at this hotel at a hotel on top of the USX steel tower, tallest skyscraper in Pittsburgh.
