After an 8 week wait (which was 2-3 weeks ago), I finally got the floppy emulator for my Amiga. Since it replaces it's floppy drive, I had to buy an external drive if I ever wanted to use floppies.

Here it is in action, it's the tiny PCB sticking out from the back. I have since modified the case were it sits on top in a more flush manner:

I have also bought myself a SNES and Banjo Kazooie for my N64. Still waiting for the former.

Groceries for the week and halloween candy for the wee ones. Although I doubt there will be many trick or treaters on Wednesday given the current state of weather.

Pretty cool.

I have several external floppy units for my Amiga lying somewhere. Most of them probably have trouble reading floppies after all these years. The build quality was not good; Commodore's were as bad as the third-party units I used.

Some pressure treated lumber to make permanent the temporary fixes I did on my shed before the storm with what I had on hand at the time

Stopped by a yard sale today.  Bought the PR a large Cinderella water/music globe for 12/25 present, 4 DVDs.  The lady threw in a gold leather and diamond bracelet when I asked if I could have it.  Thought it would be festive for the Saints games.
