Is that sarcasm? :asthing: indeed. This is my third computer. Couldn't get a desk-top one as I don't have the room.
No, I actually meant that ren. All of my computers have lasted longer than 2 years. Being an admin and looking at porn must be it.  :2thumbsup:
Well, no porn, just the pictures from here. :P Yeah, maybe the admin stuff did it heh.

I had to buy a new phone cause the other one got dropped in laundry soap :S

Got the same one, cheap and pointless. It doesnt even accept pictures which is ok because I dont pay for pic messaging anyway. Only 30$ for the phone (brand new) and 35$ a month for unlimited talk and text. What a deal.

$35 is ridiculously cheap for unlimited talk. Around here, at least--land lines are still a must here.

It IS ridiculously cheap. Most places start at 55$ a month, and that is the basic package. I have something called Cricket which is basically generic service. Although I dont see what is so generic about it. I can call anywhere in the US or CAnada and some of Europe unlimited. I also have unlimited basic text. If I wanted to get pic messaging it would be 45$ a month.

Today, by train, I went to Breda and bought 4 pairs of boxer shorts, a cool shirt, a model kit of a Westland Wessex HAS3 and a wireless mouse. 2 ham and cheese toasts, 2 cokes, blahiah..

I've bought too many things lately ... food, clothing, paper goods, services, utilities, just all kinds of things!   :GA:

Right now I am catching up, rather than getting ahead.  Squirreling will commence in the fall!    :hamsterwheel:

I have got my first vinyl record I have ever owned today! It cost only 12 dollars including shipping, and I got it from a seller on Discogs. Took more than a week to arrive here. I don't have a turntable yet, but at least I can look at the record for now. :orly:

These pictures were taken by a webcam. Holding it steady above the record while keeping myself out of the reflection was not too easy.

Inverse.

Reverse.

Poster/Notes.

Vinyl outside of its paper sleeve.

Il Sangue was a black/funeral doom metal band from the USA. Very little is known of them. Their only full-length album, called "Elegia 4: ...In Still Desolation" (no, there isn't an Elegia 3 or 2 or even 1 as far as I know ) This album is extremely rare as it was only released on vinyl (no official tapes, CD's, or even digital downloads) and only 500 copies were ever made... in 2005. The reason it was so cheap is because the record label Parasitic had trouble selling the last ones, even at extremely low prices. I am extremely delighted to have this truly unknown treasure in my possession.

I have some old Faith No More singles on vinyl. O wonder how much they are worth.

Today I bought petrol and two long-sleeved hooded tops.

Probably just a few bucks. :zoinks:

I have some (reissued ?) Dixieland Jazz albums that I remember my dad buying at the grocery store for 19 cents in the mid-1950's.  There doesn't seem to be a big demand for them since I don't see them being offered on the web, even in the original issues.
