Gorgeous desk for my youngest.
Now I hope we'll be able to get it upstairs.  :-\ Very, very heavy thing, and I've got a very small staircase.

Will see.

Thought I had been  :viking: lately and that I deserved a treat. Bought myself some more pansies, and a bunch of old-fashioned roses. Not old-fashioned in that way that they have a lovely scent, but, they have a massive amount of thorns.
Real killer roses.  :roses:

The 3-CD Blade Runner soundtrack. I have several of the previous editions, including some of the bootlegged ones, but I felt I had to have this one too.

When I spent the weekend with the boyfriend I did a crazy spending spree in a zoo's gift shops and in Canterbury.
I bought:
Wooden necklace and bracelet with little metal beads.
The same necklace in turquoise.
2 small Masai people figurines.
A book called "the great apes".
A chimp hand puppet (for my primate collection).
A framed photograph of 2 chimpanzees in the wild.
A CD of African music.

Patchwork dungarees with all different patterns on them.
A book called "top of the tips".
A book called "James and other apes".
A top trumps game called "minger power".
A little soft toy of a pink gorilla that wolf whistles when you press it.
A DVD of inception.

Also my boyfriend's mum bought be a book called "in praise of primates". :2thumbsup:

Bought an awful lot.
Postponed serious shopping way too long.
Most interesting for me is a new phone, and a dress I found at 25% of the original price.
Oooh, and the chocolate, lets not forget the chocolate.

No matter how cheap I found things. I did attack my bank-account seriously.

How many gallons does your truck hold?

It has a 35 gallon tank I put in 30.5.  I only get about 9mpg unless I am just on the highway.  Thinking about a smaller truck these days but then I loose capacity and have to make multiple trips

If I get a truck again it will be full size. The mileage really isn't that much better with the smaller ones, and you lose a lot of carrying and towing capacity.
