Sheets, a diary, lunch, storage box, spices, chocolate.

Spent most of my waiting time in the city with walking along the old canals, and reading a fun magazine though.

This post illustrates my ignorance about Holland.  Is Amsterdam the only city with canals?  I would imagine that most cities would have them, just not as famously as Amsterdam.

Most old cities have canals, or had canals.

Amsterdam has a lot of them.

The city I was in has one fortress like "ring" and a not complete "ring" around it.

Things at a jumble sale organised by the local church.

Great poster, candles, candleholders, clothes, CDs, books, breadknife, things for the Christmas tree and more. End of the sale, you just buy a bag and are allowed to fill it to the rim.

Also bought a very nice parasol there. Will come in handy next summer.

Very pleased with what I got myself.

Where are you planning to go?

I'm flying to Columbus OH first, to see some friends, then I'm flying down to Orlando - I've got VIP tickets for the viewing area at the KSC, for the final launch of Discovery.
