In time spent, instead of doing things that produce comforts.

)I'm not complaining, really. I have much comfort to be thankful for. "things are getting a little better all the ti-i-ime"(

Not that I'm complaining.

Oh, and I bought a book today: "Amsterdam" by Ian McEwan. I have an unhealthy fascination for his writing.

Not that I'm complaining.

Time well spent invested in my book.

I think I have read every aspie word in every miserable thread posted on this entire site. (CLOSE, at least)

I often LOL, but I sometimes want to offer something to help. Unfortunately it seems as if those who are easy to identify with are all gone.

Half the time I have no idea who I am talking to.

I'm supposed to be getting to 1960's Geiger counters waiting to hear when to pick them up

Very cool.

You know some people bought them to keep in their fallout shelters during the late fifties and early sixties.

I have actually spent money like a wildman this week.

Tally ...

Everyone has new shoes
Everyone has some new clothes
I have twelve new CDs, seven new DVDs, twenty nine new (old) LPs.
The pantry is extremely well stocked with back-ups on all the big ticket grocery store items, like laundry detergent
We have a new refrigerator, a new dishwasher, two new toilets, a new bath tub, four new doors and a new inflatable mattress for when we "camp-in"

I intend to buy a new freezer next week also
I then will get both cars checked, serviced and tuned up, etc
I also plan to get the other two tires replaced on my car.

Oh, and I bought a new pipe, a Peterson.

I bought "LA Story" on DVD. Incredibly cheap. Am I the only one to like that film?
