now that is vaguely weird... but still only vaguely...

god you dont need to grow up... just get out a bit more...

staying in your room all day maybe fun but not for your personal hygiene to say the least... or being social (if that is you actually socialise (no offence))...

Not really setting a good standard for the english ru soph ?

i don't think it affects my hygiene, i have 5 showers a day sometimes.
and i dont socialise. i've tried plenty of times and failed. my social anxiety is pretty bad and most people dont like me so little chance to socialise.

as i just said in my rather long winded message
http://www.intensitysquared.com/index.php?topic=6509.msg291192#msg291192

it dont matter if ur crap at socialising... do you think that everyone is great to begin with... hah hell no... i wish.

just get out there... gradually at first if its too much... but just putting your foot in the door is a good start, thats how i did it... and now i can pretty much socialise with any group of people... its all about finding common ground, or if that fails, finding something to connect with others, pretty much any aspect of life can be used to convey a social message, given the right context.

and if that fails then your trying too hard or mixing with the wrong people.

it gets better with practise tho... i can asure you.

And, it gets worse with neglect.
I was much better, in my 20's, than
I am today. I'm probably as bad off as
I was when a teen.

whenever i managed to go to the pub or a club or anything, i hated it and ended up with a migraine when i got home. i don't see how it's worth it unless you actually want to do that kind of thing.
