Got lucky at the Meijer store. We stop sometimes after my daughter is done with work. The store is on the way home.

I wait in the car playing music while she treks inside. She was inside today about five minutes and she called to tell me they had smallish hams for seventy nine cents per pound. That is about one fifth the price on the original label.

I bought three fifty dollar hams for around eight bucks a piece. No deer or side of beef this year so lots of room in the freezer.

An as new blue queen-sized doona cover. It's very soft and sort of velvety. As soon as I got home I put it on the dining table while I looked for a space in the linen cupboard for it. I went back for it only to find Rowan looking quite relaxed on it.

A nice new tv stand, then I kick the tv off the crappy blanket covered coffee table that was the only thing big enough for it to sit on. It arrives next week.
