Beignets taste like funnel cake.

They're probably not as crispy as funnel cake.  I've only had funnel cake once and it was too crispy for me and had cinnamon sugar on it.  I try to avoid cinnamon whenever possible because I don't like it.  I will make cinnamon sugar toast for a sweet treat towards the end of the month.
Have only ever seen funnel cake plain or with power sugar.

That's the only way I've seen them too...they make them a lot around here.

When we first moved here my dad became addicted, mom found the recipe and was making them every other day it seemed like.

Not much of a fan for sweetbreads, but the atmosphere of a fairground will inspire a few bites of funnel cake. Sort of like hotdogs and baseball games; it's all part of the experience.

Bought another Dolby processor at eBay. This one was dirt cheap.

Going to have to go to PetStock on my mum's advice and get Molly some dry food that she will actually chew. She is just swallowing the current dry food we are giving her. That is not good as she needs to clean her teeth while chomping on dry food. I just spent nearly $800 getting her teeth cleaned plus two pulled out.

Two pairs of reading glasses I've bought yesterday. Today, provided the supermarket has them/it in stock.. which is most likely so, I'm going to buy some dried thyme, gloves, coffee pads, beer and some bleach based cleaning stuff for the toilet.

Going there in p/m half an hour..

Bought a green pair of reading glasses last week for myself. And prescription glasses for daughter yesterday. Those will be ready in two weeks. Including cilinder and automatic shading.
I can do upside down chocolate moo things!

It has been ages since I bought books.

Today I bought a black and white (mostly black) shirt from Target. Then I went to PetStock and bought some dry food for the cats. Two different sorts, the usual one and one for Molly. It is bigger cubes and hopefully they are big enough that she will chew them instead of just swallowing them.

Also bought cat litter.

One dozen doughnuts from Krispy Kreme.  For dinner and b'fast tomorrow.

Two matching lamps for the dining room newly emptied of boxes, with swirly bamboo tops that should cast interesting shadows.
