a head of cabbage as a prelude to pancit for py and coleslaw for me.

I have half a head of cabbage left from last week and a recipe for cabbage and bean soup.  If only it weren't so hot outside I'd make it.

Clothes for The PR and me.  Looseleaf paper, notebooks, composition books, pencils, index cards and a graphing calculator.

The supplies are dirt cheap right now.  PA uses some for his Russian lessons.  I'm going to teach myself pre-calculus and/or trig this year.  Heaven help us.

Will you teach yourself using computer software? Or books. Whichever, good on you, that stuff is hard.

I bought two photocopies of proof of enrollment at college next semester. 20 cents each. Hehehe. Then posted them off to Centrelink. This is so that I can get an education supplement.

books.  Stuck on Ch 1, subsection 1 of Algebra and Trig.  Just a review of terms, but  there are a lot of them.

Part of the problem is that sometimes I have to know WHY something is called what it's called.  Irrational numbers?  I just decided they were irrational because I couldn't figure out why they weren't rational.  Somethings you have to just take on faith.
