I want a two weeks progress report.

I tried that about 7+ years ago when I found a lot of them at a rummage sale. Ending up selling them on fleabay two months later...what a mess that was.  :LOL:

First have to find yarn that is suitable for this. Heard it made a massive difference, type of yarn. Woman who made them described the effects of different yarn very graphically. Working with one type of yarn was like working with slimy fish that were alive and squirming to get away.

Picked up my new suitcase this weekend.
This one has more pockets than my old one, but the duffle bag straps are not detachable, which is the smallest of minuses.
I spent a couple of years looking for this on ebay, hoping to find a used one that was not too badly damaged. This one is new with tags.

It's a sharper image backpack/duffle bag/trolley. It has functional backpack straps, rollerblade wheels and duffle bag straps. Py and I had to take turns using my old one. It goes in the overhead bin with no issues - I once packed six weeks worth of clothing in it and still fit it in the overhead. Now Py has her own and I have my own. they also wear like iron - in all the years of mishandling when i did check it, the old one only lost one zipper pull and has one inconsequential wonky zipper.

Managed to find 6 apples for 3 cents a piece in the marked down produce bin.  They're practically perfect.

  I bought new headphones today.  The old ones just quit working suddenly, they stopped transmitting
  sound into my right ear!  So now I have the new ones and they work great.  Listening to music now.  8)
