I have made homemade ice cream before.  My daughter's grandparents gave her an ice cream maker for a birthday and we have made ice cream in it several times.  We also made snow ice cream.  Have you ever eaten snow ice cream?

My daughter and I like it.  My mother used to make it for my brothers and me and I make it for my daughter.  You add cream, sugar and vanilla to snow and mix it in.  She saved a snowball in a plastic bowl in the freezer and I made a little bit of snow cream for her yesterday.  She was so thrilled that her snowball was still there.  Did you ever save a snowball in the freezer when you were a kid?

1.  I use whipping cream for the snow ice cream and mostly cream for the ice cream in my daughter's little ice cream freezer.

2.  Triste started a Questions for Callaway thread, but I don't answer really personal questions.
