Really? I assumed that she was spying on Callaway. When Pyraxis was snooping, Callaway was going through old threads about Pyraxis and Lucifer. Apparently, Pyraxis had made a lot of the same accusations about Lucifer as she has about Callaway. It fits.

If Pyraxis only wanted to know if people were replying to her thread, she would just wait there and refresh occasionally, or she would check back in on that thread every few minutes. It's possible that your explanation is correct, but it's not a very efficient way to spy on a thread. She would've had to sort through the statuses of everyone just to monitor one thread.

On the other hand, I don't know Pyraxis well enough to know if any of this crossed her mind.
