I think everyone saw how you behaved, so their initial thoughts of you being nice and sweet are probably gone now, anyway.

Maybe you should just try being yourself instead of wondering how you should play games?  That would be my kindly advice to you.

I just generally love to make things- I sew, crochet, paint, but mainly I knit.  I'm the kind of person that can't sit doing nothing for very long. The picture of yarn was to illustrate my obsession with this and also my obsession with good hand painted yarns.

I've done all of those things too!  The reason I asked is because I have this secret bag of yarn that I've had since 1990 I think of all different ones I love. 

What medium do you use to paint with?

I go through stages.  Definitely like crochet...but haven't done it for years and years, but I like the instant results you tend to get from it.

I'd say art is my favourite.  Drawing was my favourite...pastels, charcoal and pencil....but I've recently gotten back into painting and probably enjoy it the most...it's more the setting up that is the deterrent...and the fumes involved with oil painting.

Yes, I've never been to Spokane, but somehow, the pictures you've posted aren't as titillating as some places in Australia. 

But, I could be biased...as you obviously are about Spokane....Funny in my travels, I've never heard anyone say "Man, you need to get to Spokane baby, that place is firing up!".

People have asked me "What's so great about it? They have the same stuff there you can find in any other city" and I said "Benny & Joon was filmed there."


Did you know Spokane held the World's Fair there in 1974?


Then they tore down all of the exhibits after it ended and left the park where they filmed Benny & Joon where Johnny Depp imitates Buster Keaton.

I've been to most of the capital cities in Australia and Melbourne is my favourite.  The food is consistently good, the shopping is great, the arts and culture side of things are excellent.  It's got a nice character to it...sort of European.

Sydney and Melbourne have a bit of rivalry, but Sydney is a different kind of city altogether.
