I want (and need) to learn how to be a wonderful person.

Let's maximize our wonderfulness by setting small, concrete goals! The task is less daunting if you break it down.  :viking:

That's very true!  I should make a list of all the things I hope to achieve and eradicate about my personality :)

Jesus, I just googled pics of both...my version of porn tonight!

And in one shot, there was a chocolate milkshake as well....such a turn off in my strawberry porn!  :zombiefuck:

Seriously. I don't even think I've eaten a serve of strawberry ice cream in my life! Now it's all I can think about!

Hormones?

I avoid strawberry ice-cream. I love fresh strawberries in my yoghurt or so, but strawberry ice-cream is a waste of both the ice and the strawberries IMO.

awww :( Poor monkey. I'm sorry to hear that MLA  It's been my experience having met and worked with a lot of people of varying ages and abilities on the spectrum that everything inside still works and he still feels and knows and thinks and processes, and most importantly still knows how much he's loved. So keep telling him that. I have a friend who was non-verbal until he was 7. Now he's a border guard and fully functional although very spectrumy.

I know a guy who didn't say his first words until after he started school. He ended up becoming a Northern Irish international footballer, played in the English Premiership, and is now retired from playing and has a lovely family and kids.

Sad, but hopeful. There used to be an old joke in my family that my grandmother didn't speak until she was 3 and then she never shut up!

It's the side the autism comes from.

I clearly remember being 3 too. The world was so overwhelming...I just wanted to concentrate on my own little things and I didn't know why anyone would want me to particpate in their things when I had my own things to focus on. That's how simplistic I remember it...and that time. I just wanted experiences. I did not want to interact.
