Given that I posted it three times,
and Odeon kept harassing me for
it, I figured 'twas fucking appropriate.

Perhaps, but what a letdown it proved to be. If you had read my post further down in that thread (the one that Callaway reposted later), you would have known better than to hail it as evidence.

For your convenience.

I would ask you to produce something worth my (and other members') while but given the quality of your argumentation so far, I won't bother. The sooner you can start realising that Intensity is not about feeding your obsessions or your narcissism, the better.

.

For your convenience.

Doesn't at all pertain to the high handed and
dismissive manner which you applied to what might
well have been a clear vote against your decree.

Again, just waiting for your next example.
I'm sure someone will push you to making
such a statement again. You've done them
plenty of times.

okay, time for some truth.

what is your problem, cal?  as in, why are you going after first callaway, and now odeon?  (i'm talking the most recent).  is it their "power" you're jealous of (as you perceive it)?  or is there another, more obscure thing you want which they've got?

as for going after me on here...  i have no power, so it must be something else.  the only thing i can think of is harking back to when i first rejoined I2 last year, and we were flirting.  when push came to shove, you bottled it, big time.  so is it another case like scrap's - wounded male ego/pride?

i'm intrigued as to why you feel so threatened.

Power disturbs me. Even when I have some.

Narcissist much?  :zoinks:
I flirt with EVERYONE. I liked you
a lot, even before you came back.
Your avies, your use of the language,
some of the barbs you threw. Really,
I only remember you hacking at me,
at one point (probably after whatever
'bottling' I did), and it got much worse,
with your continuous stepping into every
argument with little or nothing to say.

Indeed, the fact that you were undermining
what I saw as reasonable discussions is my only
REAL gripe.

I still like the way you play though.

I don't think that I do.
Can't ever be sure of things,
but it doesn't feel that way.

I did pretty much the same kinda
crap, at WP. Didn't feel any personal
'threat' from those I took aim upon.

feels the same here.

You kept sniping at MrMark and the other moderators there with personal attacks until they banned you, then you acted surprised that they did.  I think that MrMark said in that thread where you got yourself banned that he had been defending you when the other moderators wanted to ban you, but he was ready to stop defending you.  I wonder how long he would have defended you if he had seen his telephone number displayed in your signature?

Nothing personal about most of them.
Primarily about HOW they were exceeding their
mandate. The ONLY low blow was insinuating
that QM was homophobic. I admit that was as
unfair as some of what you have done. But, to
be fair, that only came after he butted into a
discussion which had nothing to do with him, with
a series of vitriolic personal attacks, of his own.

AFAIK, HE was indeed the one who actually banned me.
QM wouldn't have dared, and claimed that he didn't do
so. Alex also insinuated that he did not. There was no
one else who would have.

Something which I did NOT put in there (though I knew that it was there
and didn't object)

That's right.  Hadron put it in your signature so you could claim that you didn't do it, didn't he?

However, you had the ability to remove it and you left it there for some time.

It had his phone number and some text like for a good time call this number and ask for Marky, IIRC.

BTW, your attacks on them were personal.

Nothing quite so tricky. I admitted to KNOWING
that they were there, and why. This is simply a
matter of my morality. I couldn't DO that.

Yes. Just as I wouldn't go out of my way to change
anything that I don't disagree with.

By your definition - which seems to be that there
is a person to be attacked. Like my morals, my view
of personal attacks is not so simplistic.

Do you wonder if perhaps now you've posted about the issues you have with how the site is run in so many places that people may no-longer have a clue which one of these threads is the best one to express their opinion on?

Now I do.

I've done this, all along. Yeah, it may not seem
effective, but it does make what I see as the
most important point available to all. Because
actually, issues about the how are less important
than the why. So long as we have a fairly trusted
set of staff members, I doubt that they will do
too much worse than what happened tonight.

Are you referring to your inability to post?  I've already replied to your bug report topic on this- it has happened before and was a bug- so its likely that it was just a bug again.
