a brownish yellow.  It's a work shirt but it was a nice unstained one a rare thing for me.

I dealt well with changes of plans during the long weekend. Even where it did take me my day on my own.

I hate the last few months of a school year.
Too many unexpected things. Too many times a kid confused.
And then that bloody FEESTWEEK. Meaning the village is partying till late in the night.
Leading to kids suffering from lack of sleep, days and days in a row.

 Do you have braces for your hands, to wear when you sleep?  Apparently that helps some people.
 I've also heard there are exercises that can help.  I hope there are things you can do to ease this pain.  :chin:

When I was having the ankle problems I took Osteo Bi Flex and it seemed to help my joints.  Have you tried anything like that?
