Had hardly any sleep last night due to more frogs near my window. Then this morning when my mum gave me a lift to the train station I realised I forgot my wallet. So my mum went and got it for me and I still got to uni on time. And now I have a headache.

it was probably the caffeine bomb i made. not the caffeine (recipe elsewhere) but the quarter cup of cream. i think the cream was bad. the caffeine was good.

I have felt unwell the last few days, chesty cough and generally feeling less than 100%. But this morning I woke up and tried to talk (to the cat) nothing came out. So I have laryngitis now. No voice at all.

As I had planned to get my car tyre fixed, I had to go. So I wrote down what was wrong and gave that to the tyre guy. It worked, thankfully.

But having no voice sucks. Hope it comes back tomorrow as I have autism group.

At least one a year! That would be annoying. I think it is amazing how much we rely on our voices, it is especially noticeable when it is gone.
