Some muscle cramps aree caused by deficiencies of Mg, Ca, K or Na. Make sure your electrolyte levels are maintained.

So, the other day, I had two men (not attractive, for those who want to know) in my garden all morning, replacing the door and door-frame of my shed.
This morning, a rather unattractive guy rang the doorbell, summoning me to open the windows, because they were going to paint them. Scaffolding is now standing in my front garden.

And there I am, winding down on I2, with a cup of coffee, looking at some Eris pics. And, my fence-door swings open, I look around. A handsome guy with a ladder barging in in my back-garden.

Aaaaaarrrrrrccccchhhhh. I want some sense of privacy.

He's gone now btw. Was only here for about 5 minutes, but still.

Just found out my mother-in-law and brother-in-law are coming over this afternoon and I found out by accident. Not like the ex could have given me a heads up considering we just had a long email exchange about being considerate regarding letting the other person know in advance of people coming over since he pulled this stunt last week.  >:(
