Jobsite I am working on is a fucking mess broken glass and boards with nails sticking out of them all over also too many people working had to leave couldn't get anything done

I usually go to the doctor and get a Z-pack antibiotic and possibly a prescription decongestant as well when I get a sinus infection and it helps me get better quickly.  I hope you feel better soon.

I hyper-extended my knee about a month ago and it has not yet become right.

It responds to heat and cold, however, meaning that it is a soft tissue injury, instead of a cartilage injury. Despite the fact that it has not yet healed, I feel that it will eventualllly be better.
