Take a newspaper and fold it up so it fits well in your hand.  Go outside and beat the shit out of a fence or the side of the building or something virtually indestructible.  If needed, get another newspaper and repeat.

I use to avoid drinking to pee less but now I just naturally seem to need to pee less (from years of holding it in I guess)
so I still drink a reasonable amount now

I don't actually know what my urine looks like. It probably is darker than it should be though. I know it's not right and not healthy to go as long as I do

I would go outside and punch something Weakling but it's night now so I'm wearing shorts and tshirt. I could punch the wall but then my mum will hear me and panic thinking I've had another seizure like she did the other week lol

Maybe I should start playing football again. You can get a lot of anger out thru kicking a ball. I have no energy lately though. And yeah i know I should eat somethng. I don't even feel hungry now though. really weird. I dunno exactly how long since I last ate anything tbh. I might have been wrong yesterday in which case right now is about 48hrs. If I was right yesterday then  72hours. I will eat something tomorrow or the day after. I have been drinkign plenty at least so I willbe fine

No you aren't okay.  It sounds like you're depressed.  I suspect that if I had the worries you have I would be depressed too.  You've got to learn how to treat yourself like a best friend.  You know what you'd do if he/she was in this condition.  It's not healthy or wise.  You're smart, you just need to find the key to start taking care of yourself.
