At the polls yesterday one voter showed identification,
signed the voter rolls,
we wrote the name down in the poll list,
went into the voting booth
and was quite upset because he couldn't vote for who he wanted.
Well, obviously, if you're not registered to vote in that party. You can only vote in the party you're registered for. So he left without voting.
That means we had to figure out how to explain that the number of votes cast would be one less than the number of voters shown voting. Damn idiot who has the right to vote, but can't be bothered to find out how the election was set up by the political parties involved.
