How did it meet it's death?

Heavy object fell on it breaking the gears that extended the lens.  I worked on it awhile but alas no joy :(  Too many parts that would cost too much for a cheap camera.  It met it's final doom under the blow of a five pound sledge after I got fed up with it  :zoinks:
