Man, I had one of those 'idiot' days today, I mean I even got a five cent coin confused for two dollars. When I realised it, I was so embarrassed.

Mind you, I also have an ear infection on top of that, and still have to wait a couple more days before I can see the doctor.

Depending on what it is causing it, some pain medication and either an ice pack or a heating pad might help.
