Caffeine helped my Mom and me , but not my Dad .   He had cluster migraines.  Not to be an alarmist, but be aware of your health.  People who get migraines are at a higher risk for strokes.

Yes, it sucks big time. My migraines frequently start with it. It's a special kind of nausea so I usually know when the migraine will follow.
