What do you use for them?

When mine crack and bleed, I rub Neosporin on the cracks.

I use some nice lotions and sometimes use Neosporin as well. The problem is that my hands are in water, and in vinyl gloves, for so many hours each day at work. They will be less dry in the spring, though. :)
