Vitreous detachment, from what I'm told. An age-related thing. Causes various symptoms, from "floaters" to spots and flashes.
Still you are rather young to be getting that. Despite it being relatively harmless in most cases.

Yes, I'm a bit young for it, but there's not a lot I can do. Still v annoying, though.
It is supposed to go away after a while though - how long have you had it for?
