good point.  sadly, i only have one who's any good at that (probably only have one really good friend, to be honest), and i'm more "up" on psychotherapy type stuff, and i need someone who can get past all my processed ramblings to what's underneath, if that makes sense.

i used to have one, but she stopped practising, and i haven't been able to afford one since.  :(

waiting to see what they'll offer me (if anything) once the AS referral comes through (don't hold your breath).

thanks for reminding me that i'm not always completely on my own, though.   :thumbup:
