I think it's mainly from the dehydration.
I wasn't all that soused. My legs hurt a LOT,
so I was probably pushing things hard. Someone
actually must've noted that I looked pale, as they
were trying to get me to drink water, instead of
beer. It felt good though.

you gotta eat something. make sure you get salt as well as water. if i don't eat i forget to ingest salt and then end up feeling crappy. salt helps immediately, i sprinkle it on tomato halves.
