Some Carlos Santana, live.
Jimi Hendrix: When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.

Ghandi: Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.

The end result of life's daily pain and suffering, trials and failures, tears and laughter, readings and listenings is an accumulation of wisdom in its purest form.

I think I have ground most of the remaining enamel off my molars, today. I know I sucked a bleedy-hole in my tongue from mouth stimming.

This day has been a humbling experience.

Butt down, feet up, head back, brain off for now ... Pink Floyd, miscellaneous early stuff.

I heard a song I really liked at work and the announcer said it was Seether, a radio-played, poppish, metally sounding alternative band, generally. Better than some of the background noise at work, but not something I would normally pursue, because I recognize their "formula" too easily.

I have excavated their website, pried up every sample song they offer at Amazon and I can't find the "COOL SONG!!" that I heard. I must have got it wrong or the announcer was talking about something else.

I've had this happen, and ended up thinking I liked
a band, that I never did.

This brain could do with some more dimethyltryptamine.

If the station has a website and posts their playlist, and you remember the approx. time you heard it.  You  might be able to find it.  My daughter has done that for songs that she really wants.  Or if push comes to shove call the station and see if someone can pin it down for you.  Some stations are good with that.  Good luck in the hunt!

Thanks, Ozy.
I actually tried the station's website first. The fucking place is run by a bunch of "loadies" though. Even their website looks stoned. Their log is out of date by almost a week. The biggest problem is that they have an album cut time in every hour and that is not recorded in the published log. To me, publishing that information, hourly, would be the only reason to have an album cut feature at a radio station.
