not a moron, but it seems cowardly to me.

I actually didn't want to hurt innocent people or get caught for blowing the thing up. I just wanted revenge for that stupid speed ticket on the motorway. That sign cost the Road Department about 5-6 times my speed ticket cost me.

Nope. I'm a poor guy, so I just pay local tax. Those signs are paid by state taxes.  8)
