Guess there's a first time for everything, but probably not. Baltimore district 7 has never elected a republican, and seven times more people participated in the democrat primary than the republican primary.

At least she can cut into the almost monopoly Democrats have on the Black vote.

If the Dems fail to get even 85% of the Black vote then that can be taken as a warning sign that an era has come to an end.
