I won't include a link tot he news article, but I was reading yesterday about a woman who died when she fell into a commercial meat grinder.

It's probably good that they noticed her missing when they did. Imagine if they'd only noticed at the end of the day after they realize that they only put 500 pounds of meat into the machine and they somehow made 700 pounds of burger meat?
