A-S sanity check.... Please give $0.02 worth....or more.

My ex wife (and husband) have recently sent me a "myspace friends request".  (Before I get slowly roasted for having a myspace account, its predominantly to keep in touch with my kids)... 

Why do I think this is a strange request,  and why do I think I have to approve it or face "trouble"....   I think I may add voting buttons after I hear back...  Situations like this tend to puzzle me on how to react....

Do you think you have to approve of it or face trouble?  Cause you may, they may force the issue, and give you a lecture about how essential a myspace page is to your life, and how easy it is to use, similiar to the lecture our generation occasionally gives to the elder generation about computers.

If you don't want to, don't approve them. I don't know what kind of relation you have with them now, but it doesn't sound like you actually want the added contact.

I agree.  And if they harass you de-friend them.  Unless you have personal stuff up on your Space, then don't friend them.

Usually I can give advice quite well when it concerns someone else.   However, when it comes to me and my decisions, I seem to freeze like a locked-up computer.  So far, I seem to favor Odeon's advice.
