The room is quiet. The computer screen illuminates his grotty room.  He reads the IntensitySquared forum. He hears Al's voice above the other voices. That voice he has never heard yet hears so well. Every intonation. It cuts through him. It rattles around unwelcome in his drug-addled brain. He reels and rocks and grits his teeth. He self-medicates with another hit of his bong.

*Tap tap tap* (Types for me to "Play the quiet game Al!")

Off goes the computer. Another cone and bed. The voices will dim sooner or later, perhaps sleep will rescue him.

"He is so noisy" He whimpers a couple of time. Then he dreams a fitful dream. He jerks spasmodically and gibbers. Most of what is groaned is unintelligible except for one word that peppers the nocturnal utterings "...Al...."

One, because we are among the very few people posting here. As long as we keep this up, you, me, stupid fatty-kitty over there, we're gonna have 3 people - a fuckin third or even half of the posting community - making most recent threads unreadable - because I will reply, and you will follow me, to try to provoke me, and it'll never end, because you're full of OCD.

Not being an American myself I cannot draw easy parallels to an Australian flag. However, there was an incident in Australian history called the Eureka Stockade. It is a close fit to the Alamo of American history. The Southern Cross flag is very much associated with that incident.
So in the same way, it ticks the box in that it represents a symbol of opposition to the Government.

But is it treasonous in nature? Furthermore, is it redeemable?
The answer to the first is "No". The second is other associations DO matter and are personal and subjective. In the same way that many people may be incensed by someone burning a bit of fabric on a pole because it was a flag of their country, and others may want a flag put out of sight (because it reminds them of bad associations),  others may find good associations (pride, belonging and community)

Many Aussies are happy to fly the Southern Cross flag, not to  incite trouble or protest but because they associate some very positive characteristics with it. Strength, courage. Loyalty, independence of thought, mateship and other positive values that are etched into Aussie culture.  I can not say for certain what every American thinks BUT I am sure that many who fly the Confederate flag feel similar connection and associations. 

To dismiss their connection and attribute their connection to negative associations, whilst promoting the associations of others is ridiculous.

Weed is good for aspies

Maybe not for ones with anxiety related co-morbids.

I'm not gonna pretend to prescribe weed to people with serious mental health issues I'm just saying, weed seems to be an overlooked option a lot of the time :V
Hell, even booze does the trick with a lot of people, except it leaves them very drunk, which is a serious-ish side effect, imo :I

Edible THC has the same effect on me as Zantac. It takes care of acid reflux in addition to helping with insomnia.

Edible as in pills? Like "marinol" and such? Or brownies? :0
I ate a hash yoghurt once. It tasted horrible, long dreadful after-taste too, but surprisingly strong effect
