Yeah, I used to really like Salvador Dali's work when I was doing art at school, especially the bent clocks.

Good to have the word for it. I have come across the word before, a long time ago.
I absolutely love that image. I am kind of very much into art anyway. There is something quite, dare I say it, ethereal about some of these images.

Escher and those stairs... whenever I see a certain scene in Labyrinth, that makes me think of Escher. Another interesting artist.
