Weather alerts.

We're all freaked out about the ice around here. We didn't get the predicted colder temperatures that would have turned all the precipitation to snow. Instead, the temperature hovered just below freezing and everything that came down was wet and it stuck to stuff and froze.

A couple of years ago when this happened, many of the older maples lost some big branches and the ice even built up enough to break the power lines in places.
