I have a few of them and not as of yet even worked up the courage to shave my face with one.  My brother's father in law shaved  and trimmed his hair with one everyday.

I have not shaved today. My beard grows slow enough that I can skip a day as long as it is not a formal dress up day.

I did not shave today. I will shave tomorrow or Sunday because after 3 to 4 days growth a very close shave is possible and feels great.

It has been a few days since I last shaved so I am likely to shave today. You're right; a couple of days' growth allows for a very close shave.

Um, I shave off the upcoming hairs under the nose and above my lips every single day. No hair there, wished.

So yeah, I shave on a daily base, thus. With hot water, old-fashion razor blades and shaving foam.
