Booths recalled the Whole Hearted Roasted Monkey Nuts as the label did not include a "may contain peanuts" warning.

A spokesperson for the chain stated that the incident has been taken very seriously and that signs have been posted around stores to inform customers of the mislabelling.

I had to look to establish that "monkey nuts" actually mean peanuts... and I'm still not 100% sure.

Peanuts are, technically, not nuts, and are a separate allergy from "true" nuts.  If Monkey Nuts were, for example, almonds or walnuts, the warning would be totally reasonable.  Same if they were mixed nuts.
