5 sweetie things for sg

1.  I love anything made out of choux pastry. So profiteroles, éclairs etc.  I have never tried to make choux pastry and i am told it is quite difficult.  I would be very fat if i could.

2.  Creme Brulee. I am glad i don't make this at home.  I would likely have the fire brigade round (actually that would be nice  :zoinks:)   I have only ever eaten it when out at restaurants.  I used to work in an Italian restaurant and that was when i first tried creme brulee.  It is just naughty.

3. White chocolate. Milk Chocolate.  Just not dark, unless it is one of those minty after dinner jobs.

4.  Fizzy cola bottles, sherbert,  etc.

5.  Very very thin pancakes with lemon and sugar. yummy.
blah blah blah

What is the urchin's favourite food?

It changes.  He loves alphabet spaghetti at the moment and i am having to ration the number of Bombay Bad Boy pot noodles he eats. :zoinks:

You have very European taste in sweets! :)
Interesting...

I like eclairs, but sometimes if things are too eggy I don't like it.
I'm American-bread on fatty chunky sugary sweets...not the petite, delicacies. I like pies, for example. Apple, cherry, any kind of berry, sweet potato, and most other fruit pies. I like big chunky doughnuts, I like cake with icing, pancakes and maple syrup, etc.

Some things we can both enjoy about the same:
Fizzy colas, sherbert, etc. As well as chocolate.

I have never had thin pancakes with lemon and sugar, sounds delicious. I have also never had Creme Brulee.
Can't you guys even just imagine it?

Forget practicality, or your experience....can you just....imagine?

It's there. It always was.

Yeah i never been into pies much.  Lemon Meringue is nice but even then i don't eat the pastry.  Pastry and doughnuts are a bit too stodgy for me.

I heard that American pancakes are very thick,  but i do love the thin ones they remind me of pancake day when i was little and my mom used to make them perfect.

If ever you are out and about and see crème brulee   on a menu - you should try it!  It is to die for!  Makes me want to go to a restaurant now    "Hello Mr Waiter man i will skip starters and main course but can i have five crème brulee's instead please" :tard:

I think it is a French dessert.  It sounds French doesn't it?

Hehehehe was there a spazzy spice?  I can dance but i sing like a duck so i maybe could have been in the spice girls.  I don't think i am like any of them.  I would want to be an aloof spice or a solo spice.

Dear Bodie,
Life on the edge is tough. I just sit here most days of the week and think. Among the many subjects, dreams, ideas, issues, solutions, and conundrums I have been thinking about- I had a thought about you. I haven't seen you around much. How have you been? What have you been up to this summer? Any interesting tales or observations?

I look forward to hearing from you again.

Sincerely,
SG1008

Dear SG

Well thanks for your engaging correspondence.  Was it really so long ago that we spoke in chat?  It only seems like a couple of days but i know i get in a time warp!  Days just fly.

I am just occupied with the urchin.  I took him out of school in May, just while we wait for him to start his new school in September.  The old school was getting toxic.  So am devoting much time to making sure he gets all the things that growing urchin's need.  By the time i reach my computer i am often deflated and not at my best.

So, how about your good self?  Are you still in the frozen dessert business?

Kind regards

Bod
