Not that much actually.  He was born by caesarean about three weeks early and he
was only five pounds.    Have seen some women look huuuge.

Very good.  Babies are a doddle to get to sleep anyway.  Just shine a really bright light on them and  then THEY HAVE TO CLOSE THEIR EYES!
