Keep mentioning that, but it's never right with underlayer showing when moving around, or the line isn't even straight to begin with. Just need to find someone good; have had a steady stylist in a long time.

Certain it's skill. Not sure if money will help for that reason, though can't imagine someone who's expensive having much repeat service if they aren't good.
